At NCCYou, we’re building for the future while keeping our members’ needs front and center. Our remodeling project is in full swing, and we want you to be part of the journey every step of the way.

Modern, Member-Focused Spaces:
We’re updating our branch with new features to serve you better—including brighter lobbies, updated conference room, and improved technology for faster service.
No Disruption to Service:
Throughout construction, we will do our best to keep our branches open. There may be times that we only offer drive up service and no walk-in lobby service and vice versa. All essential services will still be available, with friendly staff ready to help you as always.
Project Timeline:
Construction will begin around mid-August, and we’re on track to unveil your new and improved branch in early 2026. Check back here for the latest updates!
We understand that some members have unique accessibility needs. Please call ahead, and we will do our best to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for you. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Important Information - Duluth
9/24/25 – Duluth Drive-Thru Update
IMPORTANT NOTE: Beginning October 3rd the Duluth Drive-Thru will be closed for a few weeks. Check back for approximate opening date. If you need assistance, please give us a call at 218-279-3200 option 7.
8/13/25 – Duluth Lobby will be Closed
IMPORTANT NOTE: August 25th – 27th the Duluth Office Lobby will be closed temporarily. Please use our drive thru or online banking on these days. Lending will be taking appointments. Please call ahead to schedule an appointment.
For new memberships, you can submit your application online or you can schedule an appointment to come in.
8/11/25
As of 8/13/25 we will be shutting down the coin machines for the remodel.

Construction Timeline (as of today)
Duluth: Starts – August 20 | Estimated Completion – November 29
Virginia: Starts – August 18 | Estimated Completion – November 14
Note: Timeline dates are subject to change, but these are our targets as of now.
7/28/25
Progress is underway as the NCCYou team packs up their offices, lobbies, teller lines, and conference rooms. Unfortunately, it will start to look messy, and you can expect to see boxes and furniture being moved and packed up. You will also see signage coming down off the walls and it may appear to look bare at times. Please excuse our mess, but we look forward to the new updates!

Important Information - Virginia
9/24/25 – Virginia Lobby and Drive-Thru Update
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Virginia Lobby will be open starting Monday, September 29th! The drive-thru will be closing starting September 29th. Check back for a reopening date. If you need assistance, please give us a call at 218-279-3200 option 6.
9/3/25 – Virginia ATM Update
The Virginia ATM will be reconnected Friday, September 19th starting at 10:00 a.m.
8/18/25 – Virginia Lobby is Closed
IMPORTANT NOTE: Beginning August 18th the Virginia lobby will be closed. Please use our drive thru or online banking during this time. New Accounts and Loans will be by appointment only. If you have an appointment look for signs on where to enter the building. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Our ATM in Virgnia will be closing temporarily beginning 8/27/25. We are working on a temporary solution to get this back up and running ASAP.
For new memberships, you can submit your application online or you can schedule an appointment to come in.
