We will be requiring our members that call in to do transactions or inquire about their account to have a password placed on their account.

As of Feb 1st, all members must have a passcode associated with their account in order to do transactions or account inquiries over the phone. 

While most accounts have already had this passcode incorporated, some members will still need to fill out the necessary form in order to continue to have account access via telephone.
